What is your return policy?
For in-store purchase
Our return and exchange policy is temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 situation. But, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you may ask for a replacement within 7 days after purchase! Make sure to bring your Official receipt and the tag must be intact to the item upon return to its store.
For online purchase
All return intent must be filed within 7 days after receiving your order. Any concerns received after the 7 days will not be accommodated. The product must be in like-new condition and the tag remains intact.
Know that we only replace products if we shipped you the wrong design/product or if it’s damaged which is why it is important to check the sizing chart before placing an order and your order summary via email.
How do I start the return process?
You may email your concern to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number (G followed by five digits)
- Photo of the waybill receipt attached to the items’ pouch/parcel
- Product name and size to be replaced
- Photo/video of the product/s involved
- Brief description of the issue encountered
The team will deliver feedback via email within 48 working hours. The request for replacement and refund is contingent upon approval.
