How to order?

Simply pick then fill up the order form with your valid email and contact number at then go directly to the Check Out section. Check your inbox for the order summary with your order number and payment instructions.

What is an order number?

The order number serves as your reference number for your order.

Where can I check my order number?

You may look for the letter “G” followed by five digits. It is usually located at the subject of our email and at the upper part of your order summary.

What if I did not receive an order number?

You might not have finished the order process if you did not receive an order number in your mail. We suggest that you reorder again, easily at but If you have already paid for your order.

What does it mean when my order is confirmed?

Your order has been processed and is being prepared for shipping out. You will be receiving further updates via email and sms for the order status.

What does it mean when my item is Out of Stock?

Your order has been confirmed but in rare cases, some products did not pass in the quality assurance phase. Make sure to coordinate with us via email so that we can sort this out for you.

I had a product in my cart, but it's no longer available. What should I do?

What if I want to cancel my order?

You may email your request to However, please note that this is subject for approval and may only be approved if your order is still at the "PENDING" phase, and has not yet been processed.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been marked as "PROCESSED", we are unable to cancel it. This also means that the invoice is final and can no longer be modified.

I want to edit the items in my order. Is this possible?

All orders are final upon placement, we cannot modify the quantity and/or the item on your order.

I have multiple pending orders. Can I expect it to arrive on the same day?

To ensure that all of your items will be delivered properly, our team may need to split your confirmed orders into multiple packages with separate tracking IDs for each parcel.

Can I book a personal shopper to purchase in store/ same day delivery?

Unfortunately, our same day delivery services are taking place soon! In the meantime, take advantage of our super easy ordering system and over convenient Cash on Delivery service.

Can I place an order online and pick it up in the store?

Trust us, we can't wait either! But, in store pick up is not available at the moment.

We are open from 12:30PM to 8:30PM daily, g! Store is closed every Thursday.
