Low-Key Loud: the Pocket Patch Tee in the Wild
Some days call for graphics that scream; others demand a whisper. Our new Pocket Patch Tee lands right in the middle—quiet up front, loud in the details, and built for whatever the city throws at you. We took it to the back-alleys of Manila to shoot with longtime Gnarly! homie Troy (you’ve probably seen him kickflipping over Jeepneys on our IG stories). Here’s what went down.
Why You Need It
-
Versatility. Dress it down with cargos, dress it up under a blazer—pocket tees never judge.
-
Subtle branding. For the days you want people to ask, “What’s that logo?” instead of reading a billboard on your chest.
-
Built to last. We test-washed it 20 times; the patch barely frayed and the fabric kept its weight.
-
Ethos intact. Still “Made with Good Intentions,” stitched in small runs, no corners cut.
The Shoot
We kept things raw: stucco walls, chipped paint, late-afternoon haze. The rough texture makes the tee’s clean lines pop, while the emerald/cream Grit Cap adds just enough color to break the monochrome.
